THE WORDS OF ABUNDANCE
If there are words that don’t feel good to you personally – don’t use them! This is not an exhaustive list – feel free to add your own.
I usually read the list, repeat it, and then when I’ve relaxed, go freestyle. (Just saying words that come into my head.)
You can repeat the same word a few times and you can add in related words. If you say something then realise it isn’t positive, just laugh and carry on.
The point of this is that it’s meant to be so easy you can do it anytime! (I usually do it for a couple of minutes.)
