HERE'S MY TRADEMARKED TECHNIQUE TO SMASH ANY LIMITING BELIEF IN 30 SECONDS...

 

IMPORTANT SELF CARE GUIDELINES!

 

At Lowbridge HQ we call this Don't-Feck-About Self Care.

And we strongly suggest you don't feck about, and just crack on and do it!

(We've all learnt this lesson the hard way and it's not fun.)

This technique is powerful and it shifts things from your energy system.

(Think of it as an energetic detox.)

So we recommend that you don't do more than four limiting beliefs per day.

And you'll want to flush that funky, gunky negative energy out of your body ASAP.
 

HERE'S HOW:

DRINK TWO LITRES OF WATER DAILY.

Water means water - nothing else counts!

This is going to help flush out all the funky energy you've released using the Edit.  

If you don't drink enough water you might feel tired, sluggish, or foggy-headed.

Two litres is 64oz.

 

LIE FLAT IN SILENCE FOR 10 MINUTES DAILY.

 Set a timer and then put your phone on airplane mode.

Lie on your bed or couch and be comfortable.

This allows your energy system to reset and realign.

If you don't lie flat you might feel tense, wired, or irritable.
