This is Money Mail 26 and we’re in the second week of Self-Punishment!  (Sounds so weird!) 


This month’s affirmation is:


I am wise.  I am intuitive.  I am magic.

The affirmation works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently, for the month we’re working on Self-Punishment.

How does self-punishment keep you safe?
 

Give it some thought, journal it out.

Why are you playing small?
 

Answering those questions probably isn’t going to be comfortable.  Heck, reading them probably isn't comfortable!  I have huge admiration for anyone who's willing to 'go there' with this stuff, because I promise when you allow yourself the time to think about it, you'll uncover some gold.


Use the LBR and do these limiting beliefs: It’s easier to play small / I’m safe in hiding
