Hello there!

This is Money Mail 28 and we’re working on the theme of Self-Punishment! 

This month’s affirmation is:

I am wise.  I am intuitive.  I am magic.

The affirmation works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently, for the month we’re working on Self-Punishment. 

Here are this week’s Money Mail prompts…

1. Holding myself back

This is comes almost naturally to a lot of us.  We think of all the reasons not to do something; and everything and anything that could go wrong.

Often what really holds us back is not logistics, but the idea that we're not deserving.

What do you really want that you feel you don’t deserve?

Success?  Love?  Money?

Grab a piece of paper and write a list of what you want on one side, and the reasons you feel held back from having it on the other.  You'll be amazed at what comes up!  

Use the Limiting Belief Release: I am not deserving / I must always hold back / I can’t have everything I desire.

Fears: Fear of being deserving / Fear of having everything I desire / Fear of not having everything I desire

Emotion: Deserving

Thoughts:  Same as the beliefs above!

2. Deserving acceptance

Whether you do or don’t believe you deserve acceptance, both are stressful because you’re attached to the idea that you need it at all. 

Whose acceptance do you need?

Whose acceptance do you push away?

Do you accept yourself?

Take a moment, what does deserving acceptance mean to you, do you crave it?  Or does it make you want to rebel?

Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I don’t deserve acceptance / I don’t need acceptance / Acceptance is hard

Emotion: Acceptance
