Money Mail 29

Hello there!

This is Money Mail 29 and we’re working on the new theme of Anger.

Let’s take a moment to recap on what Anger means for your Wealthology Profile.

Anger blocks your energy system in a number of ways.  Some people bottle it up, some bubble over with it, some avoid it at all costs, and some steep in it most of the time.

Some people have no idea they're angry, some are carrying anger so old they don’t know it’s there. They might be holding onto anger they saw a parent demonstrate, or being affected by a societal anger that’s so second nature to them they don’t even realise it’s an issue to be addressed.

Whatever the cause, when anger is present and not processed, it causes problems.

So, how does your Wealthology Profile interact with anger?

The Achiever – gets blocked by anger because every negative experience they have takes on a life of its own, and create an angry story that gets stuck in their subconscious. Each single ‘stuck story’ replays itself, growing in detail and distortion from the facts, and they meld and blend into one another.

The Strategist – bottles up their anger, out of fear they’ll return to a past pain, or be like an angry person that they know. Anger represent instability and insecurity to them, and they work hard to keep it locked down. It then manifests in a constant feeling of stress, which threatens to bubble up, and they think that something is wrong with them.

The Hustler – feels that they aren’t truly seen by others. Deep down, they’re furious about this, and they don’t realise it. This manifests as a deep drive to prove who they are, and to show those who don’t see them that they’re worthy of being seen.

The Guardian – thinks showing anger will lead to isolation. They don’t think it’s dignified to show that they’re angry and will go to great lengths to make excuses for other people’s behaviour, rather than allow themselves to clearly communicate that they’re not happy.

The Thinker – gets blocked by anger they’re wandered off their spiritual path, and aren’t making their personal evolution a high enough priority. They become short-tempered, and their usual gentle nature can be quite abrasive.

The Light – has a tendency to see obstacles as insurmountable. When they see a mountain, they think they have to climb it, rather than flow around it, so they spend a lot fo time frustrated, or angry that they’re just not good enough.

This month’s affirmation is:

I am open to forgiveness.  I am deserve generosity.  I am worthy of freedom.

Find the image to use as your phone lockscreen here.

Repeating these words out loud, and confidently, will gently shift your energy and keep you focused on this work.

The affirmation works best if you repeat it three times over, three times a day, out loud and with confidence, for the month we’re working on Anger.

Here are this week’s Money Mail prompts…

1. Being misunderstood

Being misunderstood can bring up a few different feelings, and one of those is usually frustration, which is unacknowledged anger.

When have you been misunderstood?  How did it make you feel?

What perception do others seem to have about you that makes you angry?

Take a moment to think about it, journal it out if you want.

Use the Limiting Belief Release: People’s perceptions make me angry / I am misunderstood / Being misunderstood is frustrating

If you’ve got the Energy Editing Online Course, smash these blocks:

Fears: Fear of being misunderstood / Fear of not being misunderstood (this might seem illogical but you'd be surprised how it keeps people stuck!)

Emotion: Misunderstood

Thoughts:  Same as the beliefs above.

2. Looking within

Anger isn’t the most comfortable theme, and neither is looking inside and admitting to the anger we're holding on to.

What are you angry about?  Where do your frustrations lie?

Importantly, take some time to think about the anger that you’re afraid to admit to.

Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I am angry / I’m afraid to admit to my anger / Being angry makes me vulnerable

If you’ve got the Energy Editing Online Course, do these:

Fears: Fear of admitting to anger / Fear of not admitting to anger / Fear of looking within / Fear of not looking within / Fear of being angry / Fear of not being angry

Emotion: Frustration

Thoughts: Do the beliefs above as Thoughts too!

Everyone can find the Limiting Belief Release Technique here.

Have fun digging into those, and I’ll be back with you next week.

Lots of love,
Michelle xxx
