Money Mail 47
Hello there!
This is Money Mail 47 and we’re working on the theme of Self-Liberation!
This month’s affirmation is:
I think what I want to think.
Find the image to use as your phone lockscreen here.
Repeating this phrase will gently shift your energy and keep you focused on this work.
The affirmation works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently, for the month we’re working on self-liberation.
Here are this week’s Money Mail prompts…
1. Guilt
Guilt can hold us back in so many ways, but what do you feel guilty about thinking?
How does guilt limit what you permit yourself to think and say?
Take a moment, get your journal out.
Use the Limiting Belief Release: I (should) feel guilty for thinking what I think / I (should) feel guilty for saying what I think
If you’ve got the Energy Editing Online Course, smash these blocks:
Fears: Fear of feeling guilty / Fear of not feeling guilty / Fear of thinking what I want to think / Fear of saying what I think
Emotion: Guilty
Thoughts: Same as the beliefs above!
2. Knowing I am good enough
Do you really know that you’re good enough to think and say what you really want?
If not, why not?
Give it some thought - even if it’s uncomfortable - and journal it out.
Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I know I’m not good enough / I’m never good enough
If you’ve got the Energy Editing Online Course, do these:
Fears: Fear of being good enough / Fear of not being good enough
Emotion: Adequate
Thoughts: Do the beliefs above as Thoughts too!
Everyone can find the Limiting Belief Release Technique here.
Have fun digging into those, and I’ll be back with you next week!
Lots of love,
Michelle xxx
