Money Mail 48

Hello there!

This is Money Mail 48 and we’re working on the theme of Self-Liberation - this is the final week of the final theme!

This month’s affirmation is:

I think what I want to think.

Find the image to use as your phone lockscreen here.

Repeating this phrase will gently shift your energy and keep you focused on this work.

The affirmation works best if you repeat it three times, three times a day, out loud and confidently, for the month we’re working on self-liberation.

Here are this week’s Money Mail prompts…

1. Knowing I am qualified

Sometimes we look around and we think, how on earth did I get here?

Do you ever secretly wonder how you managed to make it this far without someone calling your bluff?

This is extremely common - and it's exhausting.

In what way do you not feel qualified in your life?

Take a moment, journal it out.

Use the Limiting Belief Release: I’m not qualified / I am an imposter / I’m going to be found out

If you’ve got the Energy Editing Online Course, smash these blocks:

Fears: Fear of not being qualified / Fear of being qualified / Fear of being an imposter

Emotion: Qualified

Thoughts:  Same as the beliefs above!

2. Knowing I am acceptable, just as I am

This is a powerful statement.

Do you know this, in your core?

Do you think you're acceptable as you are, or do you need to be / have / do / give / achieve more?

What do you believe you must prove before you can see yourself as acceptable?

Give it some thought, even if it’s uncomfortable and journal it out.

Use the LBR and do these Limiting beliefs: I am not acceptable as I am / I need to do more

If you’ve got the Energy Editing Online Course, do these:

Fears: Fear of being acceptable as I am / Fear of not being acceptable as I am / Fear of having to do more / Fear of not having to do more

Emotion: Accepted

Thoughts: Do the beliefs above as Thoughts too!

Everyone can find the Limiting Belief Release Technique here.

Lots of love,
